Legal research

York Immigration Services continues to keep informed of any new developments in migration legislation and case law. Preparation
and witnessing
of Statutory Declarations

York Immigration Services is happy to assist you with preparing your personal statements to accurately and favourably reflect your circumstances. As a Justice of the Peace, Mr Shahen Davityan can also provide in-house certification of documents, and witnessing of Statutory Declarations.

Communication

We will liaise with the Department of Immigration, relevant Skill Assessing authorities, and Embassies on your behalf. As part of our service, we will respond to their enquiries concerning your application, at all times representing your interests.

York Immigration Services will also keep you regularly informed about the progress of your application.

Appeals

If your previous application has been unsuccessful, York Immigration Services can provide you with a candid appraisal of your review rights and the chances of success for your matter on appeal. In meritorious cases our services include representing your matter before the Migration Review Tribunal.

Furthermore, York Immigration Services can appeal to the Minister for Immigration under s351 and s417 of the Migration Act for the application of Ministerial discretion in individual matters.
