Prospective Marriage Visa
York Immigration Services Australia can assist an applicant who is engaged to be married to an Australia citizen or permanent resident, to obtain a visa to enter Australia to marry their loved one.The prospective marriage visa is designed to allow overseas applicants who are not in Australia to come to Australia and marry their life partners. Once an applicant marries their fiancé/fiancée they may then apply for permanent residency under a spouse visa.
York Immigration Services Australia will provide initial case assessments and will always provide you with realistic options regarding migration. Each relationship is different and we provide individualised submissions for all applications. We will advise you in obtaining the documents necessary to demonstrate your genuine and continuing relationship. The comprehensive nature of our practice means we provide other services related to your application: visitor's visas for guests attending your marriage and applications for a spouse visa after your marriage can also be managed by our practice. Review to the Migration Review Tribunal is also provided, if you have had an unsuccessful outcome.
Partner (Spouse)
Partner migration to Australia allows you to migrate to Australia to live with your loved one. This visa is for individuals who are
already married or in a de facto relationship (Spouse Visa) ; or
intending to marry overseas before coming to Australia (Spouse Visa) ; or
intending to marry in Australia (Prospective Marriage Visa) ;
with an Australian citizen or permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.
York Immigration Services Australia understands the stress placed on a relationship caused by an unsuccessful outcome to an application for a partner visa. We endeavour to lodge comprehensive applications to minimise this risk. We also accept matters which have been unsuccessful at the first instance, with the principal and associates of York Immigration Services Australia successfully representing many clients with their spouse visa before the Migration Review Tribunal.
