The founder and Principal Migration Agent of York Immigration Services Australia, Mr. Shahen Davityan, has over 13 years of experience in the carriage of immigration matters. Mr. Davityan has represented and advised applicants from a diverse range of circumstances. In this time he has earned a reputation for providing immigration services with the highest professional integrity.

As a Registered Migration Agent, Mr. Davityan is bound by the stringent professional standards and ethical obligations of the Australian Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) Code of Conduct www.themara.com.au; a responsibility that he is committed to upholding. As a Justice of the Peace, Mr. Davityan can also provide in-house certification of any documents required to support your application.

Mr. Davityan's extensive experience and demonstrated ethical standards in this field were recognised by the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) this year when he was appointed a member of the Professional Practice Panel (PPP). Comprised of eleven selected migration agents from across Australia , the PPP provides advice to MIA members who are dealing with MARA or in relation to a complaint to, or investigation by, the MIA Disciplinary Committee.

Mr. Davityan has been awarded Bachelors degrees in the fields of Arts and Economics, allowing him to bring an intelligent and multi-dimensional perspective to every immigration matter. As a practitioner committed to professional development, Mr. Davityan also frequently participates in industry seminars and subscribes to relevant legal bulletins and periodicals. Furthermore, Mr Davityan is currently completing his Masters of Law and Legal Practice (MLLP), which expands his well-rounded legal knowledge and advocacy skills. This has kept York Immigration Services Australia aware of the latest developments in immigration law and at the cutting edge of immigration practice.

In addition to having extensive professional experience and qualifications, the sincerity of Mr. Davityan's commitment to this field is demonstrated by his ongoing involvement with non-profit organisations and community groups such as Immigration Advice and Rights Centre (IARC), where he was a dedicated volunteer from 1997 until early this year.

Mr. Davityan has the professional experience and qualifications to advocate your immigration matter, whether it is an application to the skills/trade testing authorities, the Department of Immigration, the review bodies (MRT, RRT) or before Ministerial Intervention Unit.
